Most people will know me as a professional dancer, but what a lot of you guys won't know is that I’m actually a qualified fitness professional, and was a personal trainer back in the day, when I lived in New York.
As well as having a huge passion for dance, I have always loved fitness, even from being a little girl growing up watching my mom workout...and that’s exactly why I created this plan. It’s a unique blend of easy to follow dance and body weight exercise, designed to get you fit, toned, strong... And you’ll have lots fun doing it!
This plan will really help anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time on their hands, can’t make it to the gym or finds it too expensive, or has a family they need to take care of. All you need is a small amount of time in your own home, then just click on the play button in the plan and I’m right there with you ready to workout.
Fitness means so much to me, it’s built my confidence and it makes me feel good about myself and the skin that I live in and I just want to spread the love of fitness and the love of dance and bring a little more glitter into everyone’s life by bringing these two amazing things together in one challenging and fun workout plan.
